Usually, I get hired as an anonymous wordsmith to forge copy for agencies and clients. It’s pretty comfortable for me to work away from the spotlight, letting other businesses shine with the right words to whatever they want to say.
So I was hesitant at first when I got approached by Event Inspiration to blog about the event industry on a weekly basis. Not only because this kind of work is closer to journalism then to copy writing, with research and interviews and all that, but also because my own name is under each and every article. Yikes!
After a few test articles I got the hang of it and got over my stage fright. Now I’m blogging for Event Inspiration on a regular basis.
